==시맨틱 칵테일(Semantic Cocktails) 1.0==

===About===

시맨틱 칵테일(Semantic Cocktails)은 칵테일의 재료와 조주법(造酒法)에 관한 지식을 담은 네트워크 그래프 데이터베이스입니다.

칵테일은 기주(基酒, base liquor)에 맛, 향, 색을 더하는 혼성주(混性酒, liqueur)와 비알콜성 음료(soft drinks)를 혼합하여 만든 음료입니다.
디지털 공간에 칵테일 조주(造酒)에 관한 정보를 담기 위해, 칵테일(Cocktail), 증류주(Sprit), 발효주(Wine), 혼성주(Liqueur), 비알콜성 음료와 소스(SoftDrink), 장식(Garnish), 유리잔(Glass), 조주법(Method) 등 8개의 범주로 구성된 시맨틱 칵테일 온톨로지를 설계하고, 각 범주에 속하는 객체들 사이의 관계를 정의했습니다.

현재 이 시맨틱 네트워크 데이터베이스에는 칵테일 등 151 개의 객체 노드 데이터와 각 객체 사이의 관계성을 기술한 465개의 링크 데이터가 수록되어 있습니다.

시맨틱 칵테일(Semantic Cocktails) 1.0의 콘텐츠는 대한민국 조주기능사 자격 시험 실기 과제로 공시된 40종 칵테일을 중심으로 한 것입니다.
앞으로 새로운 칵테일에 대한 데이터를 지속적으로 추가하고, 칵테일 바, 바텐더 관련 정보도 다룰 예정입니다.
