The Derby is an IBA Official Cocktail composed of gin, peach bitters and mint leaves.[1]

Other cocktails are known by the same name. It is unclear when the IBA version was created.[2]

- 2 Drops Peach Bitters
- 2 Fresh mint leafs
조주법
- Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh mint leaves in the drink.[3]
