Black Russian

정의

Black Russian은 칵테일로 보드카와 커피 리큐어(Liqueur)를 섞은 것이다. 전통적으론 보드카에 얼음덩이를 집어 넣으며 거기에 커피 리큐어(Liqueur)를 넣는 것이다. 그리고 이 칵테일은 위스키 텀블러(old-fashioned glass)에 담긴다.[1]


유래

Black Russian 칵테일은 1949년, 벨기에 바텐더인 구스타프가, 브뤼셀 호텔 메트로폴에서 만들어진 것이 시초이다. 이 사실이 더욱 유명해진 것은 룩셈부르크에 미국 대사관 이었던 필레 메스타(Perle Mesta)가 이 칵테일을 높이 평가하여 세상에 널리 알려졌다.[2]

조주법

모든 재료를 위스키 텀블러(old-fashioned glass)에 담는다. 그 위에는 얼음덩이를 채우고, 약하게 젓는다.

  • 2cl(20ml) 커피 리퀴르
