Clover Club 칵테일은 진, 레몬주스, 라즈베리 시럽, 계란 흰자로 만들어진다. 계란 흰자는 술의 맛을 더하기 위해서 더해지는 것이 아니라 유화제로서 기능하기 위한 것이다. 그러므로 술을 흔들었을 때 특징적인 거품이 형성된다.

얼음으로 가득 채운 칵테일 쉐이커에 모든 재료를 쏟아붓는다

잘 흔든다

잘 걸러서 칵테일 글래스에 담는다.
