 Through this camp, I wanted to know more about education in Goryeo. In addition, I looked for materials on Goryeo's Civil Service Examination and educational institutions, thought about the status of Goryeo, and explained it to my friends, hoping that my friends would be interested in it. In addition I have a mind that our country would further develop through the course of researching the histroy of Goryeo.  With this camp, I could see that I was approaching my dream. Coinciding with our team's theme 'Education on Ganghwwa', our team analyzed and criticized the educational goals of Ganghwa Education Office in 2018 and thought about the advantages and disadvantages and complements of  the educational programs implemented in 2018. We also proposed new educational goals and policy programs for 2019 that would be needed for students through a meeting with team members.  First of all, the education keyword presented by the Ganghwa Education Office in 2018 was 'biological, happiness, and historical education.' As a result, new programs were implemented in various schools in Ganghwa such as 'creation a forest of meditation' , 'fashion swap party'  and 'academic seminar to mark the 1,100th anniversary of the foundation of the Goryeo Dynasty,' We analyzed the programs in more detail. Through this course, we can see the advantages and disadvantages evenly. Thanks to these programs, students could broaden their horizons and become interested in learning in a new way of exploring things they didn't know. And It was time to get to know more about the field, which I did not know well or where I was interested. On the other hand, the disadvantage of most of these programs was that they did not properly reflect the student's opinions and that their participation was poor. Also, there were some friends who were alienated during the program. I have explored ways of supplementing this from an educational point of view. After much thought, I realized that there was a need to ensure that students were informed and encouraged to participate, and that the program should be set to a wide range when it comes to selecting the theme. 	I was the team leader in this global camp. I played the team leader as three times in this year since last year. I think the most important role of team leader is to steer the team. Our team had a total of 10 members and there were so many opinions. However, as the saying goes, ''"Too many cooks spoil the stew"'', sometimes the topic of conversation of our team slipped into the wrong place. I have made a lot of effort to minimize our exposure to these risks. I naturally changed the subject of the conversation of our team to the camp and asked the team members to concentrate. As a result, I was able to collaborate well with my teammates and complete more work than I expected despite the lack of time. Also, I played a role in coordinating the opinions of 10 people properly. When deciding on the team's theme, I made a new theme by selecting a good part of each opinion. In addition, I did my best for the team by uploading information to MediaWiki, modifying the script and conducting preparation for the presentation.		I was the team leader in this global camp.
